When ordering on-line, you will be lead through our order wizard, which prompts you with required information necessary to process your order. Our web site is designed so you may "build" your zipper on-line without the chance of omitting vital information necessary to process the order.

When ordering by fax or regular mail, please complete and print out our "Printable Order Form". This will give us all the information we need to make the zippers exactly as you require. You may then fax your completed order form to Zippersource at 847-385-0770, or mail the order form to us at the address shown on our Contact Page.
