Terms of Use
Due to the highly customized nature of our product, we process orders promptly after payment has been received. When ordering on-line, you will be asked for your credit card information. If you wish to mail in your order, with our order form, please include your credit card number and card expiration date. We gladly accept money orders for your mailed-in orders. Sorry, we do not accept personal or company checks and we do not ship on a C.O.D basis.
Minimum Order Requirements
ZIPPERSOURCE has no minimum order requirements.
Shipping Terms
Most orders are shipped by U.S. Mail. Larger orders may be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion. Expedited shipping is available for your urgent needs. We can ship with UPS or Fedex, by air, for next business day delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply for expedited delivery.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Outside the United States
Orders that are to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other destination outside of the United States will incur additional shipping charges in addition to the regular published shipping charges on this web site. These higher shipping charges will be quoted to you, for your approval, prior to processing your order.
For orders shipped to addresses outside the United States, Zippersource will contact you by email, to advise you of the shipping charges. You may then respond by email to accept or decline the shipping charges quoted.
Production Times
Typically all orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 days. Please allow several additional days for in-transit delivery.
Return Policy
ZIPPERSOURCE stands behind each and every zipper that we sell. We guarantee our products for life. If the zipper ever fails, we will replace the zipper at no charge. Simply contact us in the event of a failed zipper and we will provide you with the necessary return information. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns without our authorization and we cannot accept any returns for items that were mis-ordered or items that are unacceptable to due color concerns.
Requesting Samples
Every zipper that ZIPPERSOURCE sells is custom made-to-order. Sorry, we cannot give samples of our zippers. If you wish to receive our color chart in the mail, which will give you a better rendition of our available colors (better than your monitor), simply e-mail us and we will be happy to mail you our color chart.
